Westleigh is a fully equipped holiday cottage for up to a family of five. There are two bedrooms, one master with double bed, another with single and bunk beds. A list of facilities can be found here.

Inside is fully furnished with TV/DVD, 3- and 2- seater suites, dining table and chairs and modern kitchen. There is a good sized garden with outdoor table and chairs and ample parking space. Walking to the centre of St Merryn takes less than a minute and the beach can reached in under 15 minutes walk. Padstow has many shops, restaurants, garages and supermarkets and is a few minutes drive or a breathtaking walk up the coast.
